The Future is Electric
MG just announced that its cars will have a lifetime battery warranty. That is, for as long as the car exists the battery is guaranteed.
One of the “excuses” to not buy an EV is fear that they will need a very expensive battery replacement. MG just made that excuse go away. That pretty much gets you to the only other major concern — range anxiety.
As The Electric Viking asks, is this going to force other vendors to offer a similar warranty?
