There is more to this UK-based idea. Basically, you license the technology and the company builds you a factory to make the vehicles for your market. Yeah, sounds strange but the goal is to produce the vehicles where they are to be used. Fully Charged can tell you a bit more about the idea. No clue if this will be a success but it certainly is interesting.
