The first customer for the Tesla Semi is Pepsi. BYD just signed a huge contract for electric trucks with Coke. Did you even know BYD made trucks (and buses) in the US.?
BYD has a staff in the US of over over 1000. Worldwide, BYD has delivered over 75,000 electric trucks and 65,000 electric buses. Did you know this?
A few months ago BYD said they have no plans to sell their cars in the US “at this time”. My guess this is because they don’t currently manufacture any cars or any batteries in the US. But, that certainly could change. Why not?
