The Dacia Spring has been on sale in Europe for about two years and seems to be selling well. The new, 2024, version is coming soon with sales expanding to the UK. Like most EVs right now it is made in China.
It is not clear if distribution will be expanded to the Western Hemisphere (I doubt it will make it to the U.S. but possibly Latin America where it seems like a good fit) at this time. If it is available where you live it may be worth considering. Electric Viking offers the basic details.
