I have known about ZEV for years and considered importing and selling their tiny EVs to Guatemala. (The reason I didn’t do it was not an issue with their products.) They have a new EV just for people who are wheelchair-bound. For under $10,000 you get a nano-van that a wheelchair user can drive into and operate. It is just a vehicle for city use but certainly offers a great mobility option.
